Dr. Drew Anderson

Drew Anderson, M.D. is a native Hoosier, growing up in nearby Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Anderson's lifelong ambition has been to become a physician and follow in his father's footsteps.

After graduating high school in Fort Wayne, Dr. Anderson majored in chemistry at Indiana University in Bloomington, graduating early with a bachelor's degree. He was then accepted into the Indiana University School of Medicine where he obtained a highly competitive Air Force Health Professions scholarship.

Dr. Anderson came to Muncie in 1993 where he did his internship at Ball Memorial Hospital. During the following three years, Dr. Anderson served in the United States Air Force as the Assistant Director of Emergency Services and the Director of the Dermatology Clinic for the 78th Medical Group at Robins Air Force Base in central Georgia.

Dr. Anderson then pursued his dermatology training at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, one of the premier training programs in the country. A fellowship in dermatopathology followed at the Medical University of South Carolina under the direction of John Maize, M.D. an internationally respected dermatopathologist.

After college, Dr. Anderson married his high school sweetheart Staci and they have three wonderful daughters, each born in a different state! Dr. Anderson and his family are glad to be back in Muncie. He joined Lifetime Skin Care Centers in 2001 and became an owner of the practice in 2002. In 2004 Dr. Anderson started his own dermatopathology laboratory to better serve his patients and colleagues. Dr. Anderson now serves as the President of the Indiana Academy of Dermatology. Outside of the office, Dr. Anderson enjoys church, family time, reading, skiing, and classic cars.

Dr. Anderson's special interests in dermatology include skin cancer, skin surgery, dermatopathology and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Steve Bekas

Dr. Bekas is a native of Indianapolis. He did his undergraduate schooling at Indiana University where he graduated with honors. He went to Indiana University Medical School and graduated in the top 10% of his class in 1991. After 2 years of general medical training at Methodist Hospital, he completed 3 years of dermatology training at Rush Presbyterian, St. Luke's Hospital in Chicago in 1996. He joined Lifetime Skin Care Centers in 1997 and currently he focuses on general dermatology with a special interest in skin cancer surgery and cosmetic surgery including laser procedures. His other interests are sports and reading mystery novels.

Dr. Deborah Kuhlman (Retired)

Dr. Deborah Kuhlman graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. Following her internship at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, she completed her dermatology residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

Dr. Kuhlman is board certified in dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Indiana Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Kuhlman was in solo private practice in Kokomo, Indiana prior to joining Lifetime Skin Care Centers. Her special interests are acne and general dermatology.

Michelle Hicks, Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Hicks, Nurse Practitioner, has joined our team! Michelle is a graduate of Ball State University and has worked at IU Health Ball Memorial as well as the Open Door Health Center. She has also been a nursing instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. Michelle and her husband, John, enjoy attending their daughters’ sports events and spending family time at home. We are pleased to welcome Michelle to our practice.

Dr. Terry Marsh (Retired)

Founder of what is now known as Lifetime Skin Care Centers in 1985, Terry Weston Marsh, M. D. is a native of Muncie, Indiana. After graduating from Indiana University School of Medicine, he completed a Flexible Internship at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, followed by a Residency in Dermatology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently is the Medical Director at Lifetime Skin Care Centers and works behind the scenes administratively. Dr. Marsh and his wife, Tacy, have three sons.
