Do you have a safety plan for COVID-19?
Yes, we do. We take your safety and that of our staff seriously and always have. We have updated a few things though, to help everyone stay healthy while still helping you get the care you need from us.
- Our Staff will be wearing masks when working in our patient areas and we are asking our patients to also wear masks if possible.
- We have always maintained a clean and sanitary environment, but we are cleaning deeper and more often.
- We have changed the seating in our waiting room to allows for social distancing and are asking that only patients waiting for an appointment stay in the waiting room to minimize the number of people in the area at any one time.

Do you require me to wear a mask while in the building?
We request, not require, that you wear a mask while in the building. If you do not have one, you may purchase a mask from the front desk.
What’s your “No-Show” and cancellation policy?
We reserve the right to charge a fee of $25.00 for failure to cancel an appointment (“No-Show”) or if you fail to advise us of your inability to keep your appointment prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
Do I need a referral to see one of your providers?
No, you do not need a referral.
Can nurse practitioners perform the same procedures as the physicians?
Yes. Nurse practitioners are qualified and trained to do the same procedures as our physicians. Sometimes they prefer not to do all the same services just like some of our physicians prefer not to do everything they are trained to do.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No, Lifetime Skin Care Centers is not contracted with Medicaid and other state funded plans. Please see Insurance Plans for more information.
