What’s your “No-Show” and cancellation policy?

We reserve the right to charge a fee for failure to cancel an appointment (“No-Show”) or if you fail to advise us of your inability to keep your appointment prior to 24 hours before your appointment.


Do I need a referral to see one of your providers?

No, you do not need a referral.


Can nurse practitioners perform the same procedures as the physicians?

Yes. Nurse practitioners are qualified and trained to do the same procedures as our physicians. Sometimes they prefer not to do all the same services just like some of our physicians prefer not to do everything they are trained to do.


Do you accept Medicaid?

No, Lifetime Skin Care Centers is not contracted with Medicaid and other state funded plans. Please see Insurance Plans for more information.


Do you require me to wear a mask while in the building?

No, we no longer require masks to be worn while in the building. If you are not feeling well, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
